Privacy Policy

Your data stays yours

Meridian is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your fasting data, journal entries, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers, collect analytics, or share your data with third parties.

Data storage

• All fasting records, journal entries, and settings are stored on-device using Core Data.
• If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synced through your personal iCloud account via CloudKit. This data is encrypted and accessible only to you.
• No data is stored on Meridian-operated servers.

No tracking or analytics

• Meridian does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising frameworks.
• We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or behavioral analytics.
• No account is required to use Meridian.

Apple Health

If you grant permission, Meridian reads weight, steps, sleep, and resting heart rate from Apple Health to display alongside your fasting history. Meridian does not write data to Apple Health. Health data remains on your device and is never transmitted.

Your control

• Export your data at any time as a CSV file from Settings.
• Delete all data permanently from Settings. This removes all fasts, journal entries, and preferences from your device.
• Uninstalling Meridian removes all local data. iCloud data can be managed through your iCloud account settings.
